Erin Marsch-Perez is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She has experience working in both the residential and outpatient levels of substance abuse treatment facilities treating substance use and co-occurring disorders. As a combat veteran, Erin specializes in treatment of trauma for both military and first responders. Erin currently works with adults who struggle with substance use disorders, trauma, and other life difficulties utilizing Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused brief therapy and motivational interviewing. Erin embraces the Rogerian therapeutic perspective of unconditional positive regard for the client and believes that each individual possesses the ability to reach their highest potential. Most recently, Erin has completed all coursework to earn a Doctor of Clinical Psychology degree and is working on her dissertation research in the field of addiction.
Melissa Marsch is a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor Intern. She has experience working in the inpatient addiction treatment setting in a variety of capacities, as well as in program coordination & operations for sober living facilities. She has a thorough understanding of the treatment and recovery process, and uses her experience as a tool to assist others in finding healing and connection.
Meghan is an LMSW specializing in the treatment of adults struggling with trauma, anxiety disorders, depression, addiction, relationship stressors, and other stressful life events. Meghan is trained in and utilizes EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy) for the treatment of all types of trauma. Additionally, she is trained in CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) and Solution-Focused Therapy. Meghan is skilled at utilizing a multi-layered approach with evidence-based interventions to create a treatment plan unique to each individual she works with.
Meghan studied Social Work at the University of Texas at Austin and has had the opportunity to practice both locally and abroad in Tanzania and Honduras in a variety of settings from homeless shelters to AIDS organizations to private therapy offices. It is through these experiences that she has been able to experience the common threads of humanity and the similar issues we all deal with as human beings. Meghan believes that these experiences have enhanced her ability to provide therapeutic services with a compassionate and non-judgmental approach.
