IOP (Intensive Outpatient Program) typically meets 3 days per week for 3 hours per session, while PHP (Partial Hospitalization Program) is more intensive — usually 5 days per week for 5–6 hours per day. Both allow you to live at home. Our clinical team will help determine which level is most appropriate based on your needs and goals.
No. Our Mental Health IOP and PHP programs are open to adults dealing with mental health challenges whether or not substance use is part of the picture. We treat anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, and other mental health conditions as standalone diagnoses.
